So we can guarantee a smooth and enjoyable process for you and our design team, we'll need a few things from you once you select your design package above:
We hope you fall in love with your new kitchen design, but, if for any reason you're not satisfied with the design we've created for you, you can simply request a refund for the design fees you've paid.
Here's when you can request the refund:
We're not in the business of refunding our clients so we work hard make sure we give ourselves every opportunity to create a design that you absolutely love. We don't want any bad blood, so if after we've made all revisions you're still not satisfied, let us know and we'll send you your money back.

*Once you approve and sign off on your new kitchen design, we'll then email you your completed design package. Please note that refunds cannot be given after you approve, sign off and receive your design package.
How do the review calls work?
Review calls are when we review your design together via video conference. We will walk you through the entire kitchen and show you all of your options.
What is an "elevation"?
An elevation is the view of one particular wall or section.
What are "call outs" for doors, windows & appliances?
We will show all of these items on the plans, with their corresponding dimensions.
What if I need more rooms designed after my kitchen?
No problem! We can design cabinet layouts for your entire home. We do this for many of our new construction and remodel clients.
Do you design bathrooms & closets too?
Yes! Please mention this during you consultation call so we can discuss in further detail.
